About Me!

Believe it or not, my path to The Mustard Seed began when I bought my house in the fall of 2011.  When the following spring came, I was unprepared for how much I would fall in love with watching the gardens awaken and the joy I felt as I learned about all of the beautiful surprises in my backyard!  I started working part time on the weekends at a local garden center, and decided to further pursue my passion by going back to school for a Landscaping Technology diploma and becoming MNLA certified in 2016.  After an 11-year career as a Business Analyst, God re-directed my path and brought me to The Mustard Seed in February 2017.  I absolutely love being surrounded by other people who share the same passion towards horticulture and plants, and even moreso being able to share that love with the customers who come in to our Garden Center!

When I'm not playing in the dirt or puttering around in my gardens, I enjoy spending time working on house projects, planning new landscapes for our yard, and traveling with my husband.
