Miniature Garden Workshops

What: Miniature Garden Workshops

When: Saturday. April 4th at 10:00am & 2:00pm

Where: The Mustard Seed Landscaping & Garden Center at Halla Nursery (Pioneer Trail & Hwy 101)

We will provide you with a cute planter, soil, a couple miniature plants & some natural accents plus instruction & tips on creating a miniature garden. Then we will help you get the creative juices flowing to create your personalized garden! Each attendee will have the option to purchase embellishments from our selection of miniature benches, stepping stones & fairies, just to name a few things. Attendees are welcome to bring their own trinkets from home that they might want to work with.

Also on Saturday April 4th we will have a live bunny available to take adorable spring pictures with. The bunny will be available from 11:00am – 2:00pm so bring your own camera.

Southwest Reconnection Project

Check out this new camera that will allow the public to do their own time lapse of the progress of the Hwy 101 bridge project. There is also a panoramic picture taken once a day. They are working on some technical issues with the Shakopee camera. Check it out by clicking on the Construction Cam tab on the page!
