The Mustard Seed Garden Center offers classes and hands-on workshops for both children and adults throughout the year. Designed to provide “something for everyone,” group workshop sessions cover a variety of horticulture topics that provide useful and practical information no matter what your level of gardening experience. Perfect for gardening groups, kids’ birthday parties or a girls’ night out – pick a workshop or class and grow!

Milkweed Milk Jug

Join us on Saturday, March 14th, from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM in our warm greenhouse to create your very own milkweed milk jug.

It is easy to start milkweed seeds in milk jug greenhouses by letting nature cold stratify and germinate them for you, eliminating the need for seed heating mats or indoor lights. The cost is $5 per jug, which includes all necessary supplies.

I was just wanting to give you all a big compliment this year. We love coming to see Santa and getting our Christmas tree from you every year, but this year we REALLY loved our tree. I took it down today and it was still alive and smelling great and we bought it right after Thanksgiving. Just very happy with our purchase, thanks again.
