St Patty's Day Event

Saturday, March 14

Join us in our warm greenhouse on Saturday, March 14th, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM for our St. Patrick's Day event! We have a variety of activities planned for all ages:

Workshops and Activities:

Milkweed Planting: Create a milk jug planter for $5 per jug. All supplies are included while they last.
Tea Talk (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Join our Green Team to discuss indoor seeding for herbs and vegetables.
Make & Take Seeds: Plant your own seeds in our signature yellow cups at no charge.
Scavenger Hunts: We will host a puzzle piece scavenger hunt for older children and a traditional scavenger hunt for the little ones.

Refreshments: Chateau Tea will be onsite selling a selection of teas and snacks.

Milk Jug Milkweed

Join us on Saturday, March 14th, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM in our warm greenhouse to create your very own milkweed milk jug.

It is easy to start milkweed seeds in milk jug greenhouses by letting nature cold stratify and germinate them for you, eliminating the need for seed heating mats or indoor lights. The cost is $5 per jug, which includes all necessary supplies. Kid friendly activity.

I was just wanting to give you all a big compliment this year. We love coming to see Santa and getting our Christmas tree from you every year, but this year we REALLY loved our tree. I took it down today and it was still alive and smelling great and we bought it right after Thanksgiving. Just very happy with our purchase, thanks again.
