Garden Center Shifts

Seasonal Spring Openings for 2026


Spring is full of excitement at our store and we have some spring employment opportunities available. Our busy season typically runs mid-April through June. Some positions may have the possibility of hours beyond June. Please review the different shifts available and note which shifts interest you.

Gift Shop

  • Part Time, Seasonal (approx. April - June), 2-3 shifts/week, 12-24 hrs/wk

    • M - F, 10am-early afternoon

    • M - F, evenings, typically mid afternoon - 8:30pm  

    • Saturdays, 7:30am - afternoon & noon - 6:30pm

    • Sundays,  8:30am - afternoon & noon - 6:30pm

Greenhouse

  • Full Time, Seasonal (approx. April - Oct.), 4-5 shifts/week, 30-40 hrs/wk

  • Part Time, Seasonal (approx. April - June), 2-3 shifts/week, 12-24 hrs/wk

    • M - F, days, typically 8:30am-early afternoon

    • M - F, evenings, typically mid afternoon - 8:30pm  

    • Saturdays, 7:30am - afternoon & noon - 6:30pm

    • Sundays,  8:30am - afternoon & noon - 6:30pm 

  • Receiving Team

    • Part Time & On call basis, receiving days will be known approx. one week in advance, typically mid day shifts with flexibility

Perennials

  • Full or Part Time, Seasonal (approx. April - Oct.), 2-5 shifts/week, 12-40 hrs/wk

    • M, W, F, typically 8:30am-early afternoon

    • M - F evenings, typically mid afternoon - 8:30pm  

    • Saturdays 7:30am - afternoon & noon - 6:30pm

    • Sundays  8:30am - afternoon & noon - 6:30pm

Trees & Shrubs

  • Part Time, Seasonal (approx. April - June), 2-3 shifts/week, 12-24 hrs/wk

    • M - F, evenings, typically mid afternoon - 8:30pm  

    • Saturdays, 7:30am - afternoon & noon - 6:30pm

    • Sundays,  8:30am - afternoon & noon - 6:30pm

Yard & Maintenance

  • Part Time, Seasonal (approx. April - Oct.)

    • Monday - Friday evenings, typically mid afternoon - 8:30pm  

    • Saturdays 7:30am - afternoon or noon - 6:30pm (or a 10 hour shift option)

    • Sundays  8:30am - afternoon or noon - 6:30pm (or a 10 hour shift option)
