LADIES FAIR VENDORS
WELCOME VENDORS! The Event Begins!
We are excited for our 17th Annual Ladies Fall Fair event here at The Mustard Seed. The event will begin Friday, November 1st, 2024 from 6p-9p and we are back for the fun on Saturday, November 2nd, from 10a-2p. Below you will find pertinent dates and information for the event so please, read on :)
SET UP: Friday 11/1/24 between 10a-5p, with your display being completed no later than 5:30 pm. (Occasionally, we do get early attendees) Upon arrival at TMS, please unload your wares through the garage doors on the SOUTH side of the greenhouse. Vendor parking is on the NORTH side of the parking lot (near bulk goods and the playground) We will work on clearing the parking lot by 5:30p. You are encouraged to bring your own table(s); however we have 30” x 6’ tables to rent for $20.00. You may leave your booth set up Friday overnight for Saturday morning, as the greenhouse will be locked and secure for the night.
The Event: This event is a casual setting where attendees and participating reps will be able to mingle, share ideas, product knowledge and laughs! We will be serving snacks and beverages during the event. If you have a product that can be sampled you are welcome to offer samples at your table. If you are interested in conducting a demonstration, other than at your table, please contact us at 952-445-6555 or email us at office@themustardseed.inc.com. We are happy to hold special workshops during the event to increase traffic to the vendors. Music is planned once again to enhance the experience for us all!
Attendees: Each attendee has an opportunity to register for door prizes, with drawings will be held hourly and winners being notified via txt. If you would like to donate a door prize, please note that on your registration form. You may turn your donations into us when you arrive. Please be prepared for a busy event. Last year we had over 250 attend!
Promoting the event: We will be placing ads, sending out emails and posting to our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Feel free to send us links to to your website, social media accounts, etc. so we can promote YOU as well. Share our event on social media and encourage your audience to sign up for our E-newsletter and “Like Us” on Facebook! We have also joined with TikTok, so let’s connect there as well!
Sales: If you will be selling or taking orders for your product, it is your responsibility to conduct your own business transactions. Please note: We are unable to provide WiFi in the greenhouse at this time.
Tear down: Upon the end of the event at 2p on Saturday, you may begin packing up your tables. If there are still customers browsing, you may continue to stay open as our store will be open until 5p. We will have some staff available to help you if needed, and again we will be using the garage door on the South side of the greenhouse to load up your wares.
Cancellation: Refunds will only be given up to two weeks prior to the event.
